xki8 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the xki8 platform — they form the legal basis of the agreement between you and us.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, and promotional offers on the xki8 platform. By registering on our website, logging in, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
1 Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
- "Platform" means the xki8 website, mobile version, and all related services.
- "User" or "Member" means any person registered on xki8.
- "Account" means the personal gaming account assigned to each member.
- "Bonus" means any welcome bonus, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by xki8.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate on the xki8 platform is 21. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and play games. Providing false information during age verification is considered a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination.
2.2 Account Creation
Each individual may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and associated benefits may be cancelled.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
The name, address, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be true and accurate. xki8 reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds if false or misleading information is provided.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on xki8 is ৳200 (applicable for all methods). The following payment methods are accepted:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks)
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
3.3 Third-Party Payments
Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party on your xki8 account is strictly prohibited. All transactions must be conducted through the account holder's own payment method.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus up to ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
4.3 VIP Program
The xki8 VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active participation. The benefits and conditions of each tier are determined by xki8 and are subject to change.
4.4 Bonus Cancellation Reasons
xki8 may cancel a bonus for the following reasons:
- Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts.
- Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the required conditions.
- Clear evidence of bonus abuse.
- Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
5 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xki8 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:
- Operating multiple accounts or using an account through a third party.
- Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotional offers.
- Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Colluding with other members to exploit the system.
- Registering with a false identity, age, or information.
6 Account Security
6.1 Password & Access
It is the member's own responsibility to keep account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You should not share your login details with anyone. It is recommended to change your password regularly and use a strong password.
6.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the xki8 support team immediately. xki8 is not responsible for any transactions carried out by an unauthorized person, unless caused by xki8's own error.
6.3 SSL Encryption
All data and transactions on the xki8 platform are secured through SSL encryption. However, members are responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices and networks.
7 Responsible Gaming
xki8 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment purposes and should not cause financial or psychological harm.
- Members can set deposit and betting limits for themselves.
- There is an option to temporarily or permanently close an account if needed.
- If you experience gaming-related problems, please contact the xki8 support team.
- Gaming under the identity of anyone under 21, or helping someone under 21 to do so, is prohibited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Game & Betting Rules
9.1 General Game Rules
All games available on xki8 (live casino, slots, sports betting) are governed by their own rules. It is the member's responsibility to understand the relevant rules before starting a game.
9.2 Technical Issues
If the internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, the xki8 system will determine the result based on the last saved state. The game server's records will be considered final.
9.3 Ensuring Fair Play
xki8 is known as a fair play platform and all game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). No member or staff member can interfere with game results.
9.4 Disputed Bets
If a dispute arises over the outcome of a bet, xki8's own logs and records will be considered final evidence. Please contact the support team to resolve a dispute.
10 Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 Closure by Member
Any member may request account closure at any time through the support team. Funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before closure, but any unused bonuses will be cancelled.
10.2 Suspension by xki8
If clear evidence of a Terms violation is found, xki8 may suspend or close an account without prior notice. Associated bonuses and promotional benefits will be cancelled in such cases. However, arrangements will be made to return legitimately earned and deposited real funds.
11 Limitations & Disclaimer
xki8 is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by internet connectivity issues.
- Problems caused by faults in the member's own device or software.
- Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
- Any loss or fraud caused by a third party.
- Unforeseen technical disruptions or force majeure situations.
12 Changes to Terms
xki8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
For significant changes, members may be notified by email or platform notification. However, it is the member's own responsibility to review the latest Terms regularly.

14 Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights to game software and content belong to the respective game provider companies (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.).
